Promensil Peri Menopause has worked wonders in alleviating the early stages of menopause that I have been experiencing. The number of hot flashes night sweats have drastically diminished. No longer do I feel like an unregulated thermostat! Additionally, my brain fog is gone - I am able to concentrate and focus on tasks at hand. Love that this is a plant-based formulation that naturally mimics the action of estrogen. Also amazing that it contains biotin to support healthy hair, skin, and nails at a time when I need it the most.
