I need more iron daily and I struggle to find alternatives that I can add into my drinks liquid or powder form is fine for me . I mix this right Into my morning coffee or tea . For my one daughter who is also suffering and she is sooooo picky I just mix it in her wayerbottle before she goes to school each morning.

The unit itself puts off a great amount of heat ! Was easy to light and the pellets lasted for hours !
