I loved the flavour of this and honestly how to open it. I always seem to cut myself on the tin pull tubs . This falvour was amazing and It made me feel good. It was the perfect amount for a quick lunch and very tasty

I noticed a big red bump on my forehead before heading out so I did my Skincare put on one of these patches and then applied my makeup over top of the patch and I can't even notice it. I find it even made my red zit less noticeable and it's amazing it can work its magic well I go out and about my day. I love it and I love all the gross gunk it gets out and that it is so much better for my skin then popping.

I love how easy these are to give. The droplets are so easy to give to my daughter just right in her mouth. She is two and says it taste like candy. I prefer just giving her the multi vitamin of this brand. I have given that to my son until he turned 3 and will give to my daughter until she turns 3 but if I ever have a concern about my daughter not getting enough iron this will be the first supplement I'd go to. I love this brand. -
