I’ve tried a lot of spot patches, and PanOxyl’s Overnight Spot Patches are one of the most effective ones I’ve used. They’re thin, nearly invisible on the skin, and stick well throughout the night without peeling off. By morning, any inflammation is noticeably reduced, and in some cases, whiteheads are completely flattened.

What I appreciate most is that they help protect blemishes from bacteria and picking, which speeds up healing. They’re also gentle and non-irritating, even on sensitive skin.

Overall, these are a great go-to for overnight treatment. They don’t perform miracles, but they definitely help calm and flatten breakouts faster than leaving them untreated.
