I just tried this product and my initial reaction is that it smells very nice, not chemical or ammonia forward smelling at all. The solution was easy to apply, but the new applicator bottle was super bulky. Although the box had a perforated hole to punch out and use as a bottle holder, it wasn’t that effective. The solution did not leave my scalp tingly or itchy, like some other products usually do. The leave in conditioner treatment was nice but the gloves fit strangely. -
