Butterly sent me samples of Sambucol Black Elderberry Immunity + Cold and Flu Relief Gummies to try in exchange for my honest review.
The sample sizes were enough for four days, 1 gummy each day, so I can't honestly say if these were effective in fighting the symptoms of cold and flu. I can say that I was around toddlers with coughs and running noses the past four days and I did not get sick.
The gummies themselves have a great berry taste. They are not too sweet and they do not stick to your teeth.
Overall, I'd say these are a good option for anyone who likes to be proactive in preventing sickness.

REVIEW TIME: I received my first ever product to review from butterly - shu uemura cleansing oil. I had never heard of a cleansing oil before and the name sounds like it would stain a face cloth, but it doesn't. The sample I received was a small satchel, but had enough in it for two uses...if I hadn't opened it up like a mad woman 💦 The packaging didn't have instructions so I had to Google how to use this product. You use a cleansing oil just like a regular cleanser. Apply to damp skin, massage gently, and wash off with water. This cleansing oil feels fantastic on the skin, smells fabulous, and really melted my makeup off. I got it my eye area to wipe off mascara, it didn't sting, and it removed the makeup easily. I would highly recommend this product and would really enjoy a full size sample. Hint hint. -

I was so excited to be chosen by Chick Advisor to test Covergirl Clean & Fresh Weightless Water Cream. I've been a part of this sampling group since it first started!
I used the face cream after a shower. The light scent is fantastic. The cream was easy to apply, absorbed well, and gave my skin the nourishment that it needed. It's another long winter here in Manitoba, so this product was perfect for my dried out skin.
I would definitely purchase this product (if I didn't have a box full of samples) and recommend that everyone check it out!

I love Aveeno products, so I was really excited that Chick Advisor chose me to review Aveeno's Restorative Skin Therapy Repairing Cream. Between the Manitoba cold weather, washing my hands because of baby, and sanitizing because of COVID, my hands are super dry. This Aveeno product really helped to soothe that and keep my hands moisturized. Overall it is a great product and I would recommend it, but the only downside for me personally is that it didn't absorb as well as other Aveeno products. It is not overly greasy though.
This review is of my own opinion.

It needs to be warmed against the skin for a few seconds before applying. It went on smooth and residue free. Best thing is that it's aluminum free! I would recommend this product and will purchase it in the future. -

I was able to find Canada Dry Premium Tonic Water at Safeway, but they were almost out. I took this as a good sign. I was unable to find this product at Superstore. My coupon to receive this item for free was accepted without any issues. The packaging is attractive, but you only get four 237 mL bottles for the price of $5.49. In my opinion that is too much for what you get. In comparison you could get a box of 12 cans of tonic water for cheaper. In addition these are not twist off caps, so it's a bit inconvenient if you wanted to drink this on the go. I did not like the taste. At first the bubbles are nice, but the after taste is hard to swallow. I tried mixing it with peach juice, but this didn't make it any better. I'm currently breastfeeding and choosing not to drinking alcohol, so I did not try it with tonic's best friend gin. I would not purchase this product or recommend it due to the taste and high cost. -

Best price on flip flops hands down! I purchased two pairs for a trip to Mexico a few years ago. Very affordable. With normal wear will last one season. No foot support and the foam gets pretty thin after a few months.
