I tried the Ferrero Rocher Squares in Milk Hazelnut, Dark Hazelnut, and White Hazelnut over the weekend and ended up comparing them one by one with my coffee breaks. The Milk Hazelnut flavour tasted the most familiar and smooth, with a creamy filling and light crunch that reminded me of the original chocolates without feeling too heavy. The Dark Hazelnut squares had a deeper cocoa flavour that balanced out the sweetness really well, especially straight from the fridge. The White Hazelnut version surprised me the most because it had a softer sweetness that didn’t taste overly sugary like some white chocolate snacks do. What I liked overall was how each flavour actually tasted distinct instead of just being slight variations of the same bar. -

J'ai acheté l'édulcorant léger à la stévia NOW Better Stevia, saveur érable, pour l'essayer dans mon café du matin, et c'est devenu un ajout agréable à ma routine. Chaque matin, j'en ajoute quelques gouttes dans ma tasse, et j'apprécie qu'il sucre sans ajouter de sucre ni de calories.
La saveur d'érable est présente mais assez subtile ; elle apporte une légère touche chaleureuse et réconfortante au café, sans avoir le goût d'un sirop pur. Ce n'est pas exactement comme du vrai sirop d'érable, mais cela donne un peu plus de caractère qu'un édulcorant classique, ce que j'apprécie.
J'ai remarqué qu'il est assez concentré, il m'a donc fallu quelques essais pour trouver le bon dosage. Trop, et on retrouve ce goût typique de la stévia en fin de bouche. Une fois le dosage ajusté, cependant, le goût était bien meilleur et plus équilibré.
En résumé, je dirais que c'est une bonne option si vous essayez de réduire votre consommation de sucre et que vous souhaitez quelque chose d'un peu différent pour votre café. Ce n'est pas parfait, mais c'est efficace et ça s'intègre bien à ma routine matinale.

I gave Waliba Cimidona Menopause Relief a full six weeks because I really wanted to see if it would make a difference, but overall, it ended up feeling pretty mediocre for me. The tablets were simple to take and gentle on my stomach, so I didn’t have any issues sticking with it daily.
That said, after six weeks of consistent use, I honestly didn’t notice any real improvement in my symptoms. My hot flashes, sleep disruptions, and mood changes all felt about the same as before. I kept expecting things to gradually improve, but nothing really shifted in a noticeable way.
It wasn’t a bad experience—it just didn’t do much. Maybe it works differently for others, but for me, it didn’t live up to what I was hoping for, and I wouldn’t personally buy it again.
