I gave Waliba Cimidona Menopause Relief a full six weeks because I really wanted to see if it would make a difference, but overall, it ended up feeling pretty mediocre for me. The tablets were simple to take and gentle on my stomach, so I didn’t have any issues sticking with it daily.
That said, after six weeks of consistent use, I honestly didn’t notice any real improvement in my symptoms. My hot flashes, sleep disruptions, and mood changes all felt about the same as before. I kept expecting things to gradually improve, but nothing really shifted in a noticeable way.
It wasn’t a bad experience—it just didn’t do much. Maybe it works differently for others, but for me, it didn’t live up to what I was hoping for, and I wouldn’t personally buy it again.

Finding a supplement my child doesn’t complain about is rare, but Pedia Fer Iron surprised me in the best way. The lemon flavor made it feel more like a treat than a supplement, so there was no struggle at all when it came time to take it. After sticking with it consistently, I started noticing a real difference—she had more energy, seemed more active, and didn’t tire as easily during the day. It felt good seeing that gradual change rather than something harsh or immediate. Overall, this supplement fit smoothly into our routine and delivered results in a way that felt gentle and effective. -

Just started using PanOxyl Acne Wash and it’s a powerhouse. It cuts through stubborn breakouts on my face and back like nothing else I’ve tried. It’s strong, so I use it a few times a week and follow with moisturizer. Definitely not gentle on fabrics—but absolutely effective on acne.

We had Butterball Turkey Franks barbecued at our oTENTik in Grasslands National Park, and they were a hit. Juicy, smoky, and with that classic snap—without the heaviness of regular hot dogs. The kids didn’t even notice they weren’t our usual hot dog and went back for seconds.
Grilled perfectly on the barbeque and we even saved a couple to have for breakfast the next morning. A healthier swap that still delivers all the flavor. Our new camping staple.

When you first put Butterball’s Applewood Smoked Turkey Bacon in the pan, it looks a bit like you’re frying deli meat. But one bite and the illusion is gone—it tastes just like pork bacon, smoky and perfectly salty.
The applewood flavor adds a mellow depth, and the slices cook fast, crisping at the edges without leaving a greasy mess. Even my kids, who can usually detect a “healthy swap” instantly, were all in.
We even chopped some up into a potato and leek chowder, and it gave the same richness and flavor you’d expect from pork bacon. Honestly, it’s lighter on the cleanup, easier on the guilt, and it’s officially a staple in our kitchen.

I recently grilled up Plantropy’s Jackfruit Kebabs as a side dish during a backyard barbecue—and they ended up stealing the spotlight from the burgers.
These kebabs are packed with intense curry flavour—bold, aromatic, and unapologetically spiced. If you enjoy Indian-inspired dishes, you’ll appreciate the deep notes of turmeric, cumin, and chili that come through in every bite. Grilled over open flame, they develop a nice charred exterior while keeping their juicy, meaty jackfruit texture inside. While technically a “side,” they’re anything but background noise—expect them to draw attention at the table.
From a nutritional and dietary standpoint, these kebabs are a standout:
• Cholesterol-free
• Rich in fibre
• Zero trans fats
• Free from soy, gluten, sugar, and sulphites
This makes them a great choice for people with dietary restrictions or anyone looking to lighten up their grill game without sacrificing flavour. They're hearty enough to satisfy plant-based eaters and meat-eaters alike.
You can find Plantropy Jackfruit Kebabs at Zehrs, Real Canadian Superstore, and Goodness Me!, making them easy to grab for your next cookout or weeknight dinner.
In short, these kebabs offer bold taste, clean ingredients, and serious grill presence. Just be ready—the curry isn’t subtle, and that’s exactly what makes them memorable.

I put Blue Lizard to the ultimate test: a 3-hour hike, 30 degree heat, zero shade, and one very judgmental squirrel.
Verdict?
This sunscreen did not budge. No burns, no breakouts, and most importantly — no chemical stench or sting when I sweat. It’s like armor, but for your face.
The cap turns blue in UV light, which honestly feels like your sunscreen is smarter than you.
Yes, it leaves a white cast if you go heavy — but if you're hiking, swimming, or not trying to win a beauty contest, who cares? Your skin will thank you in 30 years.
Final thoughts:
Not cute-cute, but functionally flawless.
Like hiking boots for your skin.

As a parent, finding a sunscreen that offers strong protection while being gentle on sensitive skin is a must — and Blue Lizard SPF 50+ Kids Mineral Sunscreen delivers on both fronts.
**Protection & Ingredients:**
This sunscreen offers **broad-spectrum SPF 50+** protection using **zinc oxide and titanium dioxide**, which are physical (mineral) blockers rather than chemical ones. That means it starts working immediately upon application and is less likely to irritate delicate skin.
**Application:**
It goes on a bit thick — as many mineral sunscreens do — and can leave a slight white cast, especially on darker skin tones. However, it's not overly greasy and spreads relatively easily compared to other mineral sunscreens.
**Water Resistance:**
It’s **water-resistant for up to 80 minutes**, which is great for pool or beach days. Reapplication is still needed after swimming or heavy sweating, but it holds up well during regular outdoor play.
**Skin Sensitivity:**
The formula is **fragrance-free, paraben-free, and suitable for sensitive skin**, which is a big plus for kids with eczema or allergies.
**Packaging:**
One standout feature is the bottle’s **smart cap** that turns blue in UV light — a fun and helpful reminder to apply or reapply sunscreen when UV exposure is high.
**Overall:**
**Blue Lizard Kids Mineral Sunscreen** is a reliable, dermatologist-recommended choice that offers excellent protection with minimal irritants. While the texture might not be ideal for everyone, the peace of mind it provides — especially for little ones — makes it worth the investment.
**Rating:** ★★★★☆

Butterly sent me Swiss Natural Menolibrium to try and relieve any peri-menopause systems in exchange for my honest feedback.
It's recommended to take 2 pills a day. The pills claim to relieve symptoms of hot flashes/night sweats, insomnia, fatigue, vaginal dryness, among other symptoms of menopause.
Honestly cannot say I've experienced most of these symptoms yet that I haven't been able to manage in other ways. I don't feel like these pills are worth it. I think that speaking with your doctor and seeking out products that will help with those specific symptoms, rather than taking a herbal supplement that's suppose to help with a blanket of symptoms would be more beneficial.
