During the cold winter months, my scalp tends to get dry and thus cause dandruff. However, using head and shoulders 2 in 1 really reduces the amount of dandruff/scalp flakes that may occur if I accidentally start scratching my head. The shampoo also lathers well into the hair when using it! -

I have been using this for about a month now. I’ll admit that it takes a good few tries to get the hang of using this, without splashing water everywhere or accidentally spraying it down your throat. However, now that I have used it a few times and got the hang of it, I find this great in comparison to flossing daily as I feel that the water spray really provides a great amount of pressure to my teeth/gums to make them feel extra clean at the end of it. -

I have been taking these vitamins for over a year now! The fact that they are gummy and great in flavour makes me enjoy taking them everyday. It basically tastes like I’m eating a gummy candy everyday, but with a lot of added vitamins :)

Harvest Crunch Original Granola Cereal
Harvest Crunch Granola is a great breakfast cereal or mid-day snack. It is very flavourful and contains a variety of nutrients that make me want to keep eating it without guilt! I would definitely recommend this product.
