J’ai testé pour la première fois la crème glacée Premium de Chapman’s au chocolat, caramel salé et arachides, et honnêtement… je ne m’attendais pas à ça.
Dès la première cuillère, le chocolat est super crémeux, vraiment doux. Le caramel salé vient ajouter une petite touche fondante qui surprend, mais dans le bon sens. Et les arachides… wow. Juste assez croquantes pour donner de la texture sans être trop dures.
Ce que j’ai aimé, c’est que chaque bouchée est un peu différente : parfois plus chocolat, parfois plus caramel. Pour une première dégustation, c’est vraiment une belle découverte. Ça donne envie d’y retourner sans réfléchir.

I’d give the Ferrero Rocher milk, dark and white chocolates a solid 4 stars. The classic milk chocolate is still the standout with its smooth hazelnut filling and crunchy shell. The dark chocolate version adds a richer, slightly more intense flavour that balances the sweetness really well. The white chocolate one is creamy and indulgent, though a bit sweeter than I prefer. Altogether they make a great variety pack with something for every mood, just a touch on the sweet side for me which is why it’s not a full five stars. -

It has dairy-free cheese made from the Daiya Oat Cream™ blend which I found out after eating.
Dairy free, gluten free and seriously so satisfying! I'l definitely try more from this brand.

Je trouve que déguster le thé Seasonal Wellness de TLC est une expérience agréable surtout pendant l’hiver lorsque je ressens du stress ou que j’attrape un rhume. Son mélange de baies de sureau, racine de réglisse, écorce d'orme rouge, feuilles d’eucalyptus, échinacée, tulsi et gingembre offre une saveur terreuse avec une légère douceur et une note épicée lorsqu’il est bu chaud. J’apprécie aussi ses sachets de haute qualité, non blanchis et sans agrafes, ainsi que l’absence de colorants, d’arômes artificiels et de conservateurs, ce qui lui donne un goût naturel.
De plus, ce thé soutient une bonne cause : chaque dollar donné par NOW à Food Banks Canada permet de fournir deux repas aux personnes dans le besoin. Savoir que mon achat contribue à aider les autres rend l’expérience encore plus réconfortante.

Been using GluteGuard® for a bit now, and it's been pretty helpful. I stick to a gluten-free diet pretty strictly, but you know, stuff happens. Cross-contamination is always a worry, so it’s nice to have something like this around just in case.
Taking it is so easy, I just pop one 15 mins before a meal and that’s it. I’ve had a couple meals where I was a little unsure about hidden gluten, and I didn’t feel any issues like bloating or gassiness after eating. It’s a nice backup to have, especially when I'm out at restaurants or traveling.
I’m not using it as an excuse to eat gluten, but it definitely gives me peace of mind when I'm not 100% sure about something. I’ll keep using it whenever I need it, and the $5 off coupon is a nice bonus for reordering. I got it for testing and reviewing purposes from Butterly.

I love the PanOxyl Acne Foaming Wash, which comes in a practical 5.5-ounce pump bottle that's easy to store in the shower and dispenses just the right amount without leaks or mess. The scent is neutral and clean, with a slight medicinal hint from the benzoyl peroxide that fades quickly, avoiding any irritation to my skin. It’s highly effective, with the maximum 10% strength tackling acne-causing bacteria to clear my stubborn breakouts on my face and back, preventing new ones after a couple of weeks, though I noticed some initial dryness and purging that I countered with a gentle moisturizer. The texture is a creamy liquid that turns into a rich foam with water, spreading smoothly and rinsing off cleanly without residue.

I have been using Therabreath Whitening Dazzling Mint Oral Rinse for a while now, and while I was excited about it, I feel a bit let down. I really wanted to see my teeth get noticeably whiter, but I haven't noticed much difference yet. On the plus side, I appreciate that it doesn't contain peroxide, which is a nice feature. However, the taste is quite strange and not very pleasant, and the aftertaste is even worse. Additionally, the rinse becomes really foamy and stings when I swish it around, which is uncomfortable enough that I have to rinse my mouth with water afterward to get rid of the leftover foam.

After dealing with high cholesterol before, I was excited to see my total cholesterol drop. My LDL cholesterol also decreased by 4-7% with just two capsules a day, and it went down even more, up when I took four capsules. As someone who generally avoids harsh mouthwashes, I was pleasantly surprised by TheraBreath Icy Mint. The impact of the mint flavour was not overpowering, and instead provided a nice, refreshing aftertaste, quite unlike some mouthwashes that leave your mouth feeling as though it’s on fire. I also love that it is colourless so I don’t have to think about colour stains.
I was already a fan of TheraBreath’s mouthwash for gum sensitivity and I am pleased to say that the Icy Mint version lived up to the high expectations set by its predecessor. It left my mouth feeling clean and fresh, without any discomfort that other products cause.
