I started going to Elizabeth's studio when she first opened, I have had my busy points of life when I had no time, and times when I attended six classes a week. I was in the best shape of my life at 50 from Elizabeth's classes, and she even helped me lose 18 lbs!!! I could not get beyond level 2 in the dance, but taking it three times was a blast! and the exercise classes, love em!!! for a completely different workout in a great atmosphere, give it a try, its the best place for exercise I ever found.
