I loved this novel I just could not put it down, and if you have never read anything by Jane Austen this book is a beautiful introduction to her works.

We open with a man who goes to a witch about getting revenge on his cheating wife. He finds out he is not really all human, and is then brought into the underground occult world filled with vampires, shapeshifters and witches. There is a war going on between the Light Others and the Dark Others. One soul will tip the scale of balance. It ends up his son is that soul.
This was a dark story, but captivating. The Canadian version is dubbed, but don't let that stop you from seeing it.

Not something I would rent again. -

This is the most refreshing take on the topic of Werewolves I have come across in book form. Our lead character finds out that she is indeed a werewolf. Sparkle Hayter has mixed politics, gossip, lust and mythology together to create one hell of a ride. It's a crime/noir book not horror, and she manages to add just enough humor to it to balance it out. -
Matt Dusk "Two Shots"
I am a sucker for a smooth voice, and this man has one. It reminds me of a really great jazz cd from Sinatra and is the perfect thing to wind down to after a long day, or to treat yourself to alongside a martini. An Instant Classic.

I went into Lush the other week just to see what time my friend got off of work, and walked out with a shopping bag full. I can see why it's given the Body Shop a run for its money. The two stores are both located here in Thunder Bay in the same corner of the same strip and more and more customers walk out of the Body Shop and right into Lush. I can't wait for a Lush Party. -
