I actually bought these vitamins because they were on sale. And I couldn’t take them in the mornings, I had terrible morning sickness and the fish aftertaste was horrible. I realized I was able to take them around lunch time with a heavier meal. If taken without a heavy meal or an empty stomach it’d make me nauseous or throw up. They actually don’t contain iron which I really needed since I am anemic. I think they’re okay but not my first choice. -
