I was able to have a chance to try Promensil Menopause in exchange for my honest opinion. The first thing I noticed was that it was stated to be safe and natural. It is to relieve symptoms due to menopause which I have so I was excited to try it. I took it as directed and within the first couple weeks I felt as though some of my symptoms such as hot flashes and night sweats were better, not gone, but better. I am okay with that, any relief is good relief. It was enough to help me get through the night and sleep a little better.

I got a chance to try a sample of Shu Uemura Ultime8∞ Sublime Beauty Cleansing Oil from Butterly in exchange for my honest opinion. It was my first time trying the product so I was very excited. The sample had enough to use several times. I think a little goes a long way with this product. It is a light oil that left my face feeling so soft and I really enjoyed it. -

The Good Moo'd 2% Reduced Fat Lactose Free Ultra-Filtered Milk tasted like milk. It was good. It did not irritate my stomach. It did have a slightly different taste than I used to. Overall it was still good. I would recommend.
