It's tastes great in recipes or with just milk and sugar. Great for breakfast. Low sodium and great for the heart. Would recommend it for old aged or people with high cholesterol.

Aveeno is a great product after using it only on my face it got better. My dark spots disappeared and my skin felt soft and bright. Overall I get compliments for my skin and it's overall appearance.
