This Instant Pot really surprises me by its multiple use. It has quickly become my favorite kitchen tool and I use it nearly everyday.
I use it as a slow-cooker, rice-cooker, saute-pan, and steamer. Meat can be cooked in such an amazingly tender texture and in less than an hour (versus slow-cooker usually takes 6 - 8 hours for the same thing)!
It has a timer function so you can put food in the pot in the morning and come back home after work with your meal already cooked!
Instant Pot is always on sale. Even it isn't on sale, the price is so affordable.
The cooking bowl is made of stainless-steel so you can clean it by hand or put it in the dishwasher.

The sprayer cannot cover a big area but this design should be on purpose so that you won't spray too much liquid onto unwanted areas.
The material is good.
The only issue I have is that the cloth attachment - it gets dirty easily but it is not easy to clean/ to change.
For a small condo, it should work perfectly. But if you use it for a big house, then reconsider it because, as I mentioned before, you probably have to do a quick rinse of the cloth attachment in the middle of your cleanup and to proceed afterwards.
