I didn’t feel any health benefits of this omega 3 supplement. Typically I eat a well balanced diet and don’t consume many supplements. Maybe better for someone who needs added omega 3 in their weekly diet

My daughter is a competitive dancer that was suffering with some pain along the bottom of one foot. Myoflex provided her immediate relief that allowed her to dance all day! Super impressed!
