Individual results will of course vary from person to person and in my case I can't say whether or not these helped to alleviate or eliminate my (peri)menopausal symptoms because I also made adjustments to my diet and exercise habits around the same time I started taking these tablets. Also my symptoms tend to cycle thru where some are more predominant than others at different times so they have been on the waning part of that cycle during my evaluation period. You do have to take the tablets for at least 6 weeks to see results so that means buying two packages of 30 tablets; it would have made more sense to sell packs of 42 since that's the minimum you need. The tablets are small (smaller than a cooked lentil) and easy to swallow with no aftertaste. I took mine once a day with a meal because brain fog is a current issue and it's recommended that you take them at the same time each day.
While I didn't experience any earth shattering benefits from taking this I did not suffer any ill effects either. It may also matter where you are in your menopausal period (peri-, beginning, middle etc) how effective this is for you. If you don't want to go the pharmaceutical route for symptoms relief and have tried other OTC products without success these are worth trying but be sure to buy at least 42 tablets (two 30 packs currently) to give it a chance to have an effect in your body.

Perhaps it's a huge coincidence (I have my doubts it is) but shortly after starting to take these capsules, my weight went up steadily and never down (the opposite of prior patterns), overheating and both night and daytime sweats dialed up along with mood swings and other unfun symptoms. Could be that I'm in the minority with this experience but I was counting down to see how many more days I had to take these before I could be done with them and then see if any of the side effects reversed.
The capsules were easy to take with a large glass of water twice a day; they have the strengest smell to them, like brown sugar even though I couldn't find any ingredients that would explain it. It did help to distinguish them from other supplements out of their bottles that had similar colouring to them.
Maybe, hopefully others will have had a much better experience with this product but I cannot recommend it based on my own. For me it did the opposite of what it was supposed to do and it was an unpleasant time that could not pass and be done fast enough for me.

Basically you need to cleanse and dry the area you're putting the patch before and after using them. That will help it adhere to the skin and stay there during the night to works its magic. Results will depend on the size and age of the zits so the sooner the better for using this in order to get rid of them faster, before they have a change to grow etc. They are nearly transparent so you might get away with wearing them in daytime hours. It's a good option to have for targeting isolated spots but I'll stick with using a liquid format with a cotton pad to cover a large patch of zits that are partying on my skin and aren't in any hurry to leave. -

I suggest brushing your teeth if possible after a meal and prior to using EsoPh since you have a 'no food or drink for 30 minutes after using' requirement for product to work. Cost works out to be a dollar per doses in a box of twenty doses, which is a five day supply if you're following directions and taking it four times daily; if you're fasting, 20 doses will last far longer than that. Worth trying if you're not already taking a prescription for reflux. Effectiveness is bound to vary depending on the severity of your reflux

So if you want that you're better off sticking to plain instant coffee and if you want the mocha taste then add some hot chocolate mix to your coffee because it'll taste better and not cost you alot of money. -

The product seems to do well on sensitive skin as I've had no reaction to it, but the smell is very strong and personally if I'm going to smell like my deoderant all day long I would prefer a different combination of scents than this one. If you're sensitive to scents and perfumes I'd suggest you avoid this one. I'd be willing to try another scent in this line of products but in the meantime I'm going back to using crystal deoderant with no smell to it at all. -
