I bought this brush 2 months ago and since I started using it, the bristles were falling off.
I went back to the store and they informed me because it is new it sheds off but that would be only at the beginning. I've used it afterwards and the same problem kept occurring.
I called their customer service about the quality and asked for an exchange since it may have been only a defective brush. It has been over 2 months and they have not even responded.

I have tried this product and it was not the best for me. I only applied a very small amout and the product caked with visible residue. It also made the area applied on my face very dry and I had to remove right away.
