This ice cream was smooth and creamy with a wonderful almond and nutty taste. It went great with other toppings (especially chocolate sauce). We also tried it as an ice cream sandwich using chocolate chip cookies. It was good but I think a chocolate macadamia nut cookie would have made a better sandwich. My husband and kids didn’t care for it. They aren’t big but lovers like myself.    -
