I’ve been using the Vida by Paderno Insulated Hydration Bottle daily and it’s quickly become a staple in my routine. The 32-oz size is perfect for staying hydrated throughout the day without constantly needing refills, and the leak-proof lid makes it easy to toss into a bag without worrying about spills.
One of my favorite features is the copper lining: it genuinely keeps drinks cold for hours and works just as well for hot beverages. The matte powder-coated finish feels sturdy, looks sleek, and doesn’t show fingerprints easily, which I appreciate. I also like the integrated carry handle on the lid; it makes it convenient to take on the go.
It’s BPA- and lead-free, dishwasher safe (top rack), and available in multiple colours, so it feels both practical and thoughtfully designed. Overall, it’s a well-made, reliable hydration bottle that looks good and performs exactly as expected.

I'm so happy that I got to try these Total One Multivitamins from Swiss Natural! I found it pretty easy to add this multivitamin into my daily routine. I usually take it in the morning, and it has become part of my regular “getting ready” flow. The tablet is a bit big, and I noticed it can feel harsh on an empty stomach, so I definitely recommend taking it with a little food, even something light like toast or fruit makes a difference!
That said, I really do feel like I’m doing something positive for my health. On busy days when I’m rushing between work, errands, and everything else, I’m not always getting every nutrient from food alone. This multivitamin gives me that extra reassurance that I’m supporting my overall wellness. It’s great for busy women who don’t always have the time to plan the perfect diet but still want to stay consistent with their health. Thank you so much Swiss Natural and Butterfly!
