It's ready in under 10 mins and is a godsend for vegetarians like me. It's little low in protein but you can easily add protein while baking. Great for a cheat day. -

I have using this pancake mix for breakdown last couple of weeks and I am impressed. Firstly, the base is wheat flour and not all purpose flour. It has little sugar and no other ingredients. I added a banana instead for egg and it still fluffed up really nice. It's really great for quick breakfast, I added some protein to add the protein intake, infact the syrup is also just vanilla protein. It tastes really amazing and perfect. Definitely recommend trying it.
