I have using this pancake mix for breakdown last couple of weeks and I am impressed. Firstly, the base is wheat flour and not all purpose flour. It has little sugar and no other ingredients. I added a banana instead for egg and it still fluffed up really nice. It's really great for quick breakfast, I added some protein to add the protein intake, infact the syrup is also just vanilla protein. It tastes really amazing and perfect. Definitely recommend trying it.

I have been using the Nutramin Gummies for a week and I love their taste. As a vegetarian, it’s hard to find multivitamins that are vegetarian friendly - glad to see they are vegan. Not top of it, they are also sugar free but they taste amazing. They have no added flavour yet cherry, orange and strawberry flavours taste so natural. It’s a great option and I love the texture( it’s so soft)
