I had the chance to try this omega-3 supplement and honestly, I was pleasantly surprised. I’ve tried a few before, and this one stands out for how easy it is to take daily.
The capsules are a good size (not too big) and I didn’t get that strong fishy aftertaste that you sometimes get with omega-3s, which is a huge plus for me. I also noticed they’re gentle on the stomach, even when taken without a full meal.
After a couple of weeks, I just felt like it fit really easily into my routine, which makes a big difference when it comes to consistency.
Would I buy it again? Yeah, I would.
Overall, it’s a solid, no-fuss supplement that does what it’s supposed to do.

What I liked most is that it absorbs quickly, doesn’t leave a greasy feeling, and best of all… it’s almost odourless. That’s a huge plus compared to a lot of other pain relief creams that smell super strong and linger forever.
I’ve used it after long days, workouts, and when I’ve had muscle tension, and I found that it helped relieve discomfort pretty quickly. I also really appreciate that it doesn’t stain clothing, so it’s easy to apply and go about your day without thinking about it.
It’s not some magical overnight cure, but for sore muscles, stiffness, and everyday joint or back pain, it definitely does the job. It’s a really practical product to keep on hand, especially if you want something effective but discreet.
Overall: effective, easy to use, non-greasy, and perfect for everyday muscle and joint relief. I’d definitely use it again.

J’ai trouvé ce produit super efficace. Dès les premières utilisations, on sent qu’il agit en profondeur et qu’il aide vraiment à réduire les boutons. Sa texture crémeuse est agréable et donne une impression de propreté immédiate. J’ai beaucoup aimé la sensation de peau plus nette et désengorgée après chaque lavage.
Par contre, le petit bémol pour moi, c’est l’odeur. Elle est assez forte et un peu plus intense que d’autres nettoyants que j’ai déjà utilisés. Ce n’est pas désagréable au point de ne pas l’utiliser, mais ça peut surprendre et prendre un temps d’adaptation.
Bref, si on met l’odeur de côté, je trouve que c’est un produit puissant, efficace et qui tient ses promesses contre l’acné. Je le recommanderais surtout à ceux qui cherchent un nettoyant qui agit rapidement et en profondeur.

J'ai vraiment adoré cette crème solaire car en plus d'être presque inodore, elle protège la peau des rayons UV pendant plus d'une heure. De plus, elle est super facile à appliquer (ma peau l'absorbe rapidement) et il n'en faut pas beaucoup pour couvrir la zone ciblée. Elle est devenue ma nouvelle crème solaire préférée!

Les patchs sont super simples à poser avant d’aller dormir. Tu colles, tu oublies, tu dors, et le traitement se fait pendant la nuit. Les patchs collent très bien, je n'ai eu aucun problème de décollement pendant la nuit. Mes ongles sont déjà un peu moins jaunis, plus lisses aussi. Je vois que ça agit tranquillement.
Par contre, il ne faut pas s’attendre à un changement spectaculaire en sept jours. Les résultats sont là, mais c’est subtil. Genre un “tu remarques si tu regardes de près”. Je vais continuer parce que je sens que ça va dans la bonne direction. Mais clairement, c’est plus un marathon qu’un sprint.
Mon verdict : bon début, encourageant, mais il faut rester patient pour voir une vraie différence.
