I actually took some of my supplements out of my routine because this pill has it ALL!! I would definitely recommend this to any of my friends. It's very simple to take after breakfast:)

I took this pill before I was about to have a carb heavy lunch or dinner, I found that my stomach wasn't feeling as bad, as if the pill had "tamed" it.
