I have used B-12 before and it’s very effective and beneficial to my daily life. It feels like my energy levels have improved since starting this daily. I think I would prefer something I swallow over this chewable options but the flavor was okay .

It’s great, it goes on easy and is non-greasy. It’s moisturizing and non irritating on my skin. I’ve been using daily and noticed a difference in a week. I do wish that it was a bit thicker/heavier.
