ILKB Newmarket is the best!!! I joined hoping for a fun, challenging workout and I have not been disappointed!!! More than that, ILKB is a community of supportive, like-minded individuals all rooting for each other. In addition, the instructors are incredible!!!
If you're feeling intimidated-don't! This place is for everyone. Just come on by and try a class and you'll fall in love just like I did.    -
