I have curly thick hair and I like to at least blow dry it if not straighten it to be able to maintain it. I always use this spray and I feel confident my hair is protected. There have been occasional times where I had forgotten to use it on 1 or 2 sections and I can totally feel the difference in my hair. It really works and doenst weigh hair down. Recommend! -

I use the normal brush head and I use it every other day in the shower. I've tried the deep pore brush and that was way too harsh for me. Then I tried the luxe I think it's called and that was so soft it didn't do anything for me. The normal brush head cleans well and does the job. I've been using it for about 2 years now. Love it. -

The activated charcoal craze is real! I purchased this bottle initially to try the DIY charcoal and almers glue peel off mask. It did a great job at pulling out my blackheads and white heads. I then tried it as a teeth whitener. I mixed a couple of capsules with some coconut oil, baking soda and hydrogen peroxide and I brushed for 2 minutes and saw immediate results. I've only done it twice so far but my teeth are so much whiter I definately recommend. -

I love cooking with olive oil. Tastes great with food but I have also started using it for other things. First I started using it on my hair. I mix equal parts with coconut oil and use it as a hair oils specially on my ends and it has really made a difference. My hair is nourished and smooth. As of late, I've also started using it as a facial moisturizer. My goodness my skin has been missing out! I use just a small amount at night and Pat it in and my skin is so radient and supple in the mornings. Amazing! -

I bought this vitamin out on a limb about one a half to 2 months ago at Walmart. I'm so glad I did! I've noticed a significant improvement in the strength of my nails and they're growing super long also! My skin looks brighter and glowy and I'm having less breakouts. I feel as though I'm getting less fall out with my hair when I brush it but I feel like I need to be taking it longer to notice asignificant change in my hair. And did I mention they taste absolutely amazing! I try very hard to only take the recommended 2 gummies per day lol. -
