My favourite part about oatmeal is the fact that it has ZERO refined added sugars, additives OR preservatives it also has 18g of protein and 12g of fibre in 1CUP. This product has helped me increase my protein intake while allowing me to eat a delicious bowl of oatmeal! The apple cinnamon is my favourite especially for the fall season! -
