I picked up a box of these little bad boys at Costco and am I ever glad that I did. They're the perfect size. Great little snack if you're hungry, or big enough to break in half and enjoy to curb the sweet tooth. They're covered in chocolate so they taste like dessert, but the nutritional value is impressive. A bit chalky tasting, but nothing too concerning for me. -

While I love the Crest White Strips, the whitening toothpaste is a flop for me. I never feel like I am getting a whole mouth clean when using this paste. It just doesn't have the grit to make my teeth feel as good as they normally do. Never really noticed that it whitened or maintained the whiteness of my teeth either. -
