I use baby powder for a few different things. After shaving if I have an ingrown hair I put baby powder on it to keep it from being moist which also has a soothing effect. I also use it when my skin becomes irritated from the heat and developing a heat rash.
I love this pwoduct because it's an inexpensive way to treat some of my common skin issues with shaving and heat rash.

I like to utilize essential oils for my self-care and mental health; lavender is one of them. One of the benefits I like from lavender is a calming effect where I am able to add a few drops to my bath water or to my humidifier and practice my deep breathing.
As someone who experiences anxiety it assists me to breathe more calmly when I experience anxiety where lavender isn't accessible for me; when I am running errands for an example. I am then able to use those breathing skills more effectively.
Some nights when I am feeling restlelessness I put drops on my pillow where it helps me to calm my body and relax. One of the weird and awesome feelings is being able to feel your body relax from the smell of lavender. I usually start to feel relaxed in my head which moves to my arms and chest. Once my chest feels relaxed and not heavy the rest of my body begins to relax more and more. The effect results in being able to fall asleep without stress.
I recommend trying Thursday Plantation Lavender Essential Oil if you are someone who experiences stress or anxiety. It has been very benefical for me.

I recently took my 4/yr old Collie for his yearly vet visit and his vet recommended Hill's Prescription Diet for the Dental Diet for the build-up of tartar on his back teeth. She recommended this diet because the pieces are large and he would need to work on chewing it down with his teeth.
She then gave me a quick crash course on what types of dental approved products I should be looking out for, which was very helpful. She gave me a bag of Hill's Prescription Diet for Dental Care as she informed that some dogs are picky with the brand and to try it out before purchasing a bag.
Since, giving a few pieces of the dental food to my dog, he is eating his food slower which is a positive for us both and he seems to love them as a treat as well. I think he is happy with the added dental pieces to his meals and as treats. I am happy that he loves it!
I will be purchasing a bag Hill's Prescription Diet Dental Care. A healthy and happy dog - A happy dog owner.

It has been awhile since I really had Red Rose Tea and I mostly had it as a teenager and then stopped for a few uears Now, I am finding myself drinking it more and more. It tastes exactly like it did over 10 years ago and the fond memories are wonderful while sipping a hot or a warm cup of Red Rose.
I am appreciating the wonderful and little memories I had; the warmth the tea brought to me during the difficult times.
Red Rose is a classic tea in my books as it tastes exactly the same as it did 10 years ago and it continues to bring warmth and confort to me. I will always cherish the moments I had while drinking Red Rose.

I purchased the TubShroom on Amazon because my previous tub stopper for hair wasn't working well. I heard great reviews about the TubShroom so I bought it for my bathtub. It's not expensive on Amazon and the value for the product outweighs the quality it provides.
The material is soft and rubbery. Making it easy to place into the drain to catch the hair while the water can still pass through.
I really like how all the hair catches and it's easy to remove the hair without it sticking or hard to detangle. I just wipe it with a piece of toilet paper and throw it in the trash.
This product has made showering a lot easier and stress free for me and not worrying about a clogged drain or a tub filling with water because of my old tub strainer I had. I will purchase more of these in the future and as gifts for others.

It was recommended by my family doctor to try this product after my arms becoming itchy and scaby. It was recommended i use this product because it wouldnt cause acne issues because of my dry skin as this product doesnt have a greasy or oily redue left which could cause my skin to breakout or have more issues.
I was pleasantly surprised that it was cheaper than i thought initially. After applying it on day on i didnt feel any different. When i woke up the next day i left less itchy. The second day my skin felt so better.
I typically apply it after a shower and before bed as its dry which the product helps to keep my skin moisturized.
I recommend this product if anyone has skin sensitivities like i do.

My feet become dry in the winter months and i ordered O'Keefe's for Healthy Feet and soaked my feet in warm water and then used a foot scraper to get the dead skin off. After i applied a little bit of the foot cream to my feet.
The cream feels chalky but it spreads well and you dont need to use a lot which is a bonus. It left my feet feeling healed and healthy after i removed the dead skin.
I would recommend this product in conjuction with when you scrape dead skin off your feet. The foot cream made me feet feel like i left the spa and it didnt cost me a lot to do it at home.
