After taking the product for a month I did not notice any improvement with my symptoms. I still had fatigue with inability to sleep, headaches, hot flashes, and high anxiety. Unfortunately, I didn't see any changes with these. I did not have any...   +

After taking the product for a month I did not notice any improvement with my symptoms. I still had fatigue with inability to sleep, headaches, hot flashes, and high anxiety. Unfortunately, I didn't see any changes with these. I did not have any adverse side effects to the supplement which was great.
