After opening the package not only did I have a 10 pill sample but I was pleasantly surprised at the information leaflet that was provided explaining how GluteGuard can become a safety net from accidental gluten Ingestion. I tried it on 5 different occasions with two of those occasions being of the accidental kind as I wasn't sure I was eating clean. The other three times I intentionally ate a wheat product from a slice of bread to a serving of pasta. GluteGuard did what it claims. Every time I used the product I didn't have the usual bloating and gassiness, I didn't encounter the painful rumblings as the food item passed through my system and I didn't experience the run to the bathroom within 30 minutes for the explosive diarrhea. I'm impressed with how this product has stood up to what it claims! -
McCafé® Premium Instant Coffee Dark Roast

I love coffee in any form. But I drink instant coffee the most out of ease and convenience. I received this in the mail late yesterday afternoon from @thisisbutterly. Honestly, I need to pay more attention as I didn't realize I would be receiving a 100g can of it but it definitely was welcomed. Now I can try this out for the next couple of days.
First things first though. I read labels constantly due to my diet. What surprised me is that McCafé has not only listed Carbohydrate (2g) but they also have listed Fibre (1g). I don't recall any of my other instant coffee's showing the fibre. Bonus point on that addition to the label.
Also, the label itself is full of information with links to the Rainforest Alliance as well as the McCafé story and a 1-800 number for more information.
Flavour wise? It's a good medium-dark roast especially for an instant coffee. It's rich, bold, and I can taste the chocolate notes.
And the last question on everyone's mind - would I go and buy this from a regular store. Yes. Chances are I would keep a can of this in my home to be able to enjoy a dark roast coffee without brewing it the traditional way.
But would it replace what I currently drink? No. I am always open to keeping more than one brand that I use depending on my mood. This coffee is definitely going into my rotation!
