I have used other AOR products before and have always been happy with them. I’ve been taking the Alta-resveratrol for two weeks and it has increased my energy. I have MS so anything that is gives me extra energy and his healthy is a good thing. It is easy on the stomach and didn’t cause any nausea. I’ll be adding this to my supplement routine.

The claim on the packaging says the rub provides relief of aches and pains of muscles, joints, tendons and ligaments usually occurring from sport activities such as running, swimming, biking, and contact sports.
I don’t have a sports injury but I have a lot of constant pain for which I take medication. It was the pain from a recent fall that made me appreciate this cream/rub even more because I didn’t need to take any more medication. The rub was fast and effective in reducing my soft tissue pain. It also helps the arthritis in my knees. The only issue I had was that it didn’t readily absorb into my skin, perhaps I needed to use less.

The claim on the box says that Activated Charcoal* provides fast, natural relief from gas, bloating, pressure and pain
associated with excess gas, allowing you to stay active and comfortable.
I suffer from bloating from some of the food I eat on a regular basis. Who doesn’t? The capsules work very well to reduce the pressure and bloating I get from broccoli, chickpeas and other beans and dairy products, even the small amount of powdered milk in hot chocolate powder.
The name says it all. Swiss natural, the capsules are made from 100%
coconut-sourced activated charcoal.
I am very pleased that @SwissNatural is a Canadian company.

GluteGuard helps to protect against the symptoms of accidental gluten ingestion when used in conjunction with a gluten-free diet.
I follow a gluten free diet amongst other treatments for other conditions. It’s difficult to say if this product does what it is supposed to do as I didn’t really notice anything with these pills one way or the other. I did not take pills and purposefully ingested something with gluten. As far as I know I did not have any accidental gluten ingestions.
These pills did not make any of my other symptoms worse.
The pills were easy to swallow and did not get stuck in my throat. They are a nice to have but I probably won’t buy them as it doesn’t seem like I really need them.

I received this NEOSTRATA® Rebound Sculpting Cream for free @neostratacanada I’m hoping that my tired dry skin will benefit from the ingredients of this Multi-Action Lifting Moisturizer such as 10%AHA/PHA with an added complex of alpine extracts which target visible discoloration and the Aminofil which volumizes the look of slack skin.
The upside down dispenser dispenses just the right amount without any waste. The sculpting cream has a nice texture It has a nice non-greasy texture that spreads easily and absorbs quickly. I couldn’t find anything about scent but there isn’t a noticeable scent.
I’ve noticed an improvement in the texture of my skin and pore size. I haven’t noticed a change my brown spots yet, but am hoping that with prolonged use they will start to fade.

Swiss Natural Menolibrium is a herbal supplement that helps with symptoms related to menopause such as hot flashes, night sweats, insomnia, fatigue and rheumatic pain.
I took one capsule twice per day and after about three weeks I noticed that there was some improvement in the intensity of my hot flashes and night sweats.
I didn’t notice any difference in my insomnia, fatigue or rheumatic pain but I have a number of other health issues that affect those issues and require prescription medication to resolve.
I like the fact Swiss Natural is a Canadian company and that there no artificial colours, flavours, preservatives, sweeteners and is gluten free.

If I can use it anyone can. I followed the instructions and went from an ugly hole to a flat surface that can be painted. I really appreciated the colour change of the spackle from pink (wet) to white (dry) to indicate when the patch could be sanded. I found the spackle to be a bit “goopy” and a bit difficult to smooth out because of the location of the hole. I needed to use two coats to fully cover the holes in the patch. I left the second coat over night before sanding because it looked really thick. In the end the patched area was somewhat smooth and ready to paint. I think it would need more sanding with different sand paper to get the patch ready for paint.

It was nice to try Sobeys Voila service with the $25 discount off of $100. I don’t usually shop at Sobeys because there are no stores nearby. The Voila service covers my home address.
I normally use the service from Loblaws whereby I pick up my purchases at a nearby Shoppers Drug Mart. This service costs $3 or free if you pay the annual fee on the President’s Choice card. I found the Voila delivery fee to be expensive. I liked that you could narrow the delivery window, even at 7:00 am if you wanted.
I had difficulties shopping at Sobeys as it is not one of my regular grocery stores and I found the prices of most items to be on the high side.
I probably won’t use the #VoilabySobeys service again.

I would and did buy this product again. I #GOTITFREE to try but the price of $3.47 was a very good value compared to the regular price of butter. I probably would have bought it to try.
I used it in place of butter to make ginger cookies and they were perfect. There was no difference in the taste or texture of the cookies using Becel Unsalted Plant Based in place of butter.
I already bought it again and will buy again because it does the same job as butter but is better for your health.
