I received this supplement for free and started taking it with an open mind. After a couple of weeks, I’ve noticed some small but encouraging changes — my sleep is a bit better, and the hot flashes don’t seem quite as intense.
I still have some symptoms, but I feel like this could be helping. I think I probably need to take it a bit longer to see the full benefits, but so far I’m hopeful and really appreciate having a natural option to try.

I’ve been taking Swiss Natural ChoLessterol for a little while now. I haven’t had any bloodwork done yet, so I can’t say for sure what it’s doing for my cholesterol, but it’s really easy to take and fits right into my daily routine. I like that it’s made with natural ingredients—stuff like that matters to me. Now that I’m 49, I’m definitely more aware of my health and trying to stay ahead of things like cholesterol, so I feel good about adding this to my wellness routine.
