Love the ingredients and most of the flavours are better than brands like vega. BUT. The cost is prohibitive for people on an average salary. The workout programs are amazing...I recommend you stick to those.

Essie Gel Setter
This stuff makes any old polish look like a million bucks. I bought a cashmere matte polish that I no longer like and covered it with gel settter. BAM! Looks great. Just give yourself lots of time to let it dry and set.

Kiehl's Blue Herbal Gel Cleanser
I have adult hormonal acne and love the blue herbal line of products. I prefer the cleanser and toner but don't use the moisturizer because my pores clog with it and my skin looks dull. The cleanser feels fresh and tingly and I use it daily!

I drink premier protein for breakfast on workdays and it really gets me through the busy morning. And when I feel like I need to cut back on fat and sugar I use it in my coffee;however vanilla is better for that.
