This product does not say it is tear-free, however I use it on both of my kids under 5 and they have no problems with it. They love the smell as much as me! Awesome that it doubles as bubble bath!

You only need a tiny amount of this product to go a long way! It’s not totally smudge free but it does help to add brow gel or setting powder in addition, however you can use it on its own. I get TONS of compliments on my brows!
