A smart addition to your health and wellness routine, AOR's CoenzymeQ10 is a must have for everyone, but especially those firmly in the midlife camp of life. (Looking at you Millenials!) What does it do? It takes care of you at the cellular level. CoenzymeQ10 is a building block that supports cellular energy function, has been known to support those with migraines (shortens severity and duration) as well as supporting heart, brain and muscle health.
Personally, I've noticed the few migraines I had seemed easier to deal with and get rid of while I've been taking the CoenzymeQ10 - which is a blessing I'll take any day, as a chronic migraine sufferer!
And as a huge benefit, AOR is for Canadians, made by Canadians and supports Canadian health. AOR supplements aren't the cheapest (midrange), the ingredients and amount per bottle, as well as peace of mind is well worth it.

Neostrata Triple Firming Neck cream was such a pleasant surprise! I love when my phone is listening in and gives me opportunities such as these. I say that tongue in cheek, as I was complaining about the almost 40 turkey neck. (If you know, you know.) Then pow! Just like that, Butterly and Neostrata offered up a great opportunity to reduce the look of said neck gobbler. (I would have also taken a trip to Turkey for a face lift, just saying guys!)
Does this do what it needs to do? Yes. And now this is a yes with a caveat- obviously if you're hanging low, no creams will help you. But since I'm only beginning my experience as a Thanksgiving protein, (turkey neck, people) I'm seeing a small firming difference in the short month I've been trying it out. Twice daily, after washing, if you remember. If you don't, well, write it on the mirror.
It's not a cheap fix, but it's definitely cheap and decidedly less painful than surgery. Would I purchase again? Yes. Absolutely. Especially as a preventative to things getting worse. (Also, lift your head from your phones once in a while people. Do something about your posture. This is your reminder!) Usage of the cream is easy, as it's a pump bottle. (Thank you Neostrata for being future forward like that!! No one wants finger cooties in a jar of cream.) And I found that I only needed a half pump, as a full one was too much. (You like it creamy? You do you, boo.)
Overall, 5 stars for what I've seen so far. I may or may not update this opinion after the 3 month mark.

Have you ever sat there amidst plucking eyebrow hairs with tweezers, eyes watering, wishing there was something easier and more precise than just shaving your eyebrows off? Well say hello to the answer: Flawless brows made easy, with a pencil sharp personal shaver. This pen device is brilliant, with a light for added visibility. It's as loud as a tiny motor would be (spoiler alert, it's loud for the size) and easy as pulling your brow tight and doing little circles over the offending hair. Rose gold and fancy feeling, this little baby will run you less than the cost of a wax and tip. In our area, anyway. The nice thing is, there's a battery in the package, so that you're ready to roll right out of the box!
You can't go wrong with this brilliant device, especially if you're done with DIY waxing. (Your eyebrows don't lie, they're done with it.)

So, it's always fun to find something that tastes great and is great for you! These Sambucol gummies are just that. They're a little tart, a lot sweet and great to be taking every day. Not just you, but the entire family. All in all, other than the sugar content (which I did deduct a star for), I would purchase this for my family during sick season.

Now normally I love Clarins, I've used plenty of their products - but the Re-Boost I received in the Chick Advisor Eco Box just fell short for me. The smell was the first thing that hit me, and it is strong. Very floral too, which for me is a total turn off, unfortunately! Beyond that, as with every lotion, a little goes a long way, so the size of the tube would last me a long while (if I wanted to keep using it beyond 2 weeks.) Overall effectiveness I would have to say is a neutral for me - I didn't notice much of a difference beyond my normal moisturizer, BUT... And this is a big but - I think should I keep using it, it wouldn't aggrivate my skin either, which is actually a huge bonus when there's that much fragrance involved. Honestly, for myself and those like my skin type (oily, combo, acne prone.) wouldn't recommend. -

So here's a product that I want to be able to use desperately, but I'm just too smelly to manage, apparently. What I'm reviewing is a natural, non-aluminum antiperspirant. Now the problem here isn't that it doesn't work, it's that I would need to wipe down and reapply, likely at least 3 times a day.The smell of it is wonderful, so no need to worry about that. The formula goes on smooth and stays on for quite some time - I REALLY started to notice my own smell around the 4 pm mark, which isn't terrible considering I applied it around 9 am. Overall, would say give this a try to see if it works for you, as for me it wasn't a perfect fit. -

I have to say, with a name like Teapigs, you wonder what you're going to get in a package - is it going to taste like a barn? Will it smell weird? I can honestly say: no, to either of the above. The tea smells wonderful, and tastes better than it smells... Because let's face it, smell versus taste can be deceiving. With a tiny bit of honey, I've already used half the teabags because they're SO good and are a great midday pick me up without the caffiene. Overall, I say it would be a great purchase! (I got them free as part of the chick advisor eco box.) -

I received this shampoo as part of a chick advisor box campaign, and let me tell you - while I have a very specific hair routine, I'm not adverse to adding this to it when it's time to change shampoos! While the bottle isn't huge, you don't need a large amount to get the job done - and for reference, I have quite a bit of hair in terms of length and thickness. The scent is light without being overpowering or too floral, which I'm not a huge fan of. Overall, besides the size of the bottle (I can't speak to price, as this was a #freeproduct) I recommend trying it! -

I have been using this product for 3 plus years after searching desperately for something that would moisturize the face all day and not leave me greasy, or allow me a second application without the added grease. What I found was Neutrogena gel cream. I absolutely love that a little goes a long way and I can grab it at Costco often in 2 packs, so the value is doubled! There is no smell to it, which is nice - I cannot handle a chemical or perfume smell from my products. All in all, 5 stars for everything but price - it could come down a little. -

I received this product free from Chick Advisor to try out in exchange for an unbiased review. I've tried it out a couple times now and have to say, while I love a good shower, I don't always love washing my hair. The Batiste foam hair cleanser does a good job at staving off the hair washing for one more night - It leaves your hair shiny and soft, and the smell is nice without being too floral. Would definitely recommend for those on the go. -
