I have chemically straightened hair, and spend a lot of time at the beach, so suffer from dry/damaged hair. This treatment is a godsend, and helps to keep my hair soft and repair some of the damage inbetween cuts. I try to use it once a week (but usually it's every other), and it makes a huge difference to the condition of my hair. The only thing is, as I have long, thick hair, I only get about 3-4 uses from each bottle, so go through it very quickly, and it's expensive! But in my opinion, definitely worth it! -

I get my hair chemically straightened, so try to use low paraben/sulfate shampoos and I think the Organix range in general have hands-down the most cost-effective options available.

I do only use it in the morning though. I have dry skin, and it's not quite moisturising enough to use overnight. -

I don't think alone, it would whiten your teeth, but it works great at keeping them white for longer once they've already been whitened (I only get them whitened once every 18 months). -
