This unit feels much sturdier than anything in the shark line. I love the continuous steam and the long cord. YOu can also choose a lot or a little steam.
The main thin that I don't like about the unit is that it takes about 30 seconds after plugging it in before you can start using it. I get that it needs to start creating steam, but even if the plug accidentally jiggles loose you have to wait the 30 seconds even though the unit is hot already.

I made that mistake with the gel pacs - reached my hand into the container and a few drops of water off my hands made half the pacs stick together, tearing when trying to get them apart.
These are individually wrapped, always fully dissolve, and do a great job on the dishes. My dishwasher is archaic, so it needs all the help it can get and these do the trick!
