This is hands-down one of the best mouthwashes I’ve tried. The TheraBreath Whitening Oral Rinse leaves my breath super fresh without the harsh burn, and I’ve already noticed a difference in brightness after a week of use. Love that it’s peroxide-free but still effective. Plus, the bottle design is cute with the little shimmer—feels like a luxe touch! Definitely recommend if you want fresher breath and a whiter smile.

I’ve been using the Blue Lizard Australian Sunscreen SPF 50 (Sensitive formula), and it’s become a go-to in my routine—especially during sunny days or outdoor activities.
What I love most is how gentle it is on my skin. I have sensitive skin that reacts to chemical sunscreens, but this mineral formula (with zinc oxide) causes zero irritation. The added organic aloe gives it a calming feel, and it doesn’t sting my eyes like many other sunscreens do.
