After the furst week of taking the Promensil Perimenopause, I noticed it was helping with my Perimenopause symptoms that I had been experiencing, like hot flashes and night sweats. I also noticed that my hair and nails did slightly improve. But closer to the end of the month of taking it, it started to ween and wasn't fully helping like it did in the beginning. I think with a little tweak, it would be more effective.
