I was super excited to be chosen to try this Love Beauty and Planet conditioner that was sent to me for free. #gotitfree
I’ve been using this conditioner for over a week now. I was really impressed with the packaging! I love the motif on the bottle as well as the easy to grab size. The conditioner has the same nice, natural scent as the rest of this product line. It’s not too overwhelming of a scent and it’s definitely not cloying. I really enjoyed the texture and felt that it coated my hair well and rinsed cleanly off.
I was excited to see what my hair would look and feel like after I dried it. It wasn’t particularly shiny or soft which is what I am usually looking for a conditioner to provide but my hair wasn’t dried out either which is nice. Unfortunately I also felt like my hair had a few more tangles than usual.
In all I like the product itself but am not yet sure how effective it is for my hair.

When you first open this shampoo it had a really nice odor that isn’t too strong. It’s a very earthy and almost minty smell. The texture is actually quite luxurious and you don’t need to use a ton to get a great lather. This shampoo even made my scalp feel tingly which I wasn’t expecting at first but have come to enjoy!
What I really liked is that although it gets quite sudsy it doesn’t take forever to rinse out. It rinses really cleanly with absolutely no residue left over. My hair was actually squeaky after rinsing out the shampoo.
This is a very nice shampoo that I would recommend to anyone!

I was so excited to be chosen to receive this product and review it. I was even more excited to see the bottle when I received my package. What a pretty label! When I first used the body wash I was a little surprised by the odor. It’s not the usual floral scent I go for but more minty. I quickly got used to it though and really liked how refreshing it smelled ( hence the name I guess!) without being overwhelming. It didn’t smell perfumey at all.
The texture was nice, thick and silky. It got good and sudsy and really washed off cleanly. There was no residue at all left behind. My skin felt very clean!
I am quite pleased with this body wash and wouldn’t hesitate to buy it again!

I was very excited to be able to try Dove Derma+Care Scalp Dryness and Itch-Relief Conditioner for free thanks to the ChickAdvisor product review club. #gotitfree #tryDoveDandruff
I have always had problems with itch scalp, especially in the winter so this new conditioner arrived at a really good time. I was skeptical however because I don’t usually apply conditioner to my scalp as the directions on this one recommend. Boy was I glad I did though! The conditioner has a really nice smell and the texture is silky and luxurious. It coats the hair well and massages nicely into the scalp.
The best part however is that it actually made my scalp feel great. The itchiness disappeared right away! Not only that but my hair was really soft after using it as well.
I really like this conditioner and am sure I will use it again!

I was so excited to be chosen to try the new Dove Derma+Care Scalp Clean and fresh anti-dandruff shampoo for free. I’ve been using anti-dandruff shampoo for years to help control my mild dandruff. When I tried this one I was immediately pleased by the nice, light scent as well as the silky texture. It got really sudsy which I love and rinsed very cleanly. Each time I used it my scalp was dandruff-free and stayed that way until the next time I washed it. My hair didn’t get dry either. I really liked this shampoo and will definitely be using it again! -

I was lucky to find this body wash on sale and having never used it I decided to give it a try. I always get moisturizing body washes especially in the winter because my skin tends to get dry. I really like the scent of this body wash. It’s light but it lasts and isn’t too cloying. The texture is luxurious and smooth and it produces a lot of nice suds. I didn’t find it particularly moisturizing however. Maybe it’s because I’m more used to cream cleansers and this is a gel but I did not feel that my skin was particularly softer or more moisturized after using it. -

I purchased this cream because I didn’t have time to go to MAC and buy the one I usually wear. I was looking for one with SPF absolutely. I was relatively pleased with this cream. It had a very light, pleasant odor and the texture is. It doesn’t go on as smoothly as I would like however and I would prefer a bit more coverage. All-in-all I find it a decent option however I have used better CC creams in the past -

I'm always looking for a quick snack but it's hard when trying to eat something at least somewhat healthy. I like kashi bars usually and decided to give this flavor a try. They taste pretty good. I really like the big chunks of chocolate and the pieces of salt throughout. There is an underlying cardboard-y flavor that I'm not a huge fan of but i can overlook it fir the chocolate. I like that these bars have chia. The fiber and protein content is pretty good too. All in all I'd probably buy these again to have on hand for a quick snack. -

I was lucky to have been chosen to review the Aveeno Daily Moisturizing Body Yogurt Lotion, Apricot and Honey. The first pleasant surprise was the format. It comes in a nice little screw-top jar. Once I opened the jar I was immediately delighted by the scent. I'm a huge fan of scented lotions but find that some can sometimes be overpowering. Not this one! The smell was present but soft and subtle and delicious. The real joy about this lotion however is the texture. It's thick, creamy and not at all greasy! It absorbs nicely into the skin and leaves it feeling really soft. Even my husband remarked on how soft my skin was. I will absolutely be buying this lotion again. So stoked I #gotitfree ! -
