I received my free bottle of cran-max for recurring UTI, after 4 weeks of taking it everyday, here are my Yay or Nay opinions. I'll start with the Yay- Yay to how well it works and makes you feel, cause really no body likes eating cranberries and to have that amount stuffed into pills is just fantastic. As for the Nay- Nay to how dry it is to swallow, even with a full glass of water. And having to take them everyday for 4 weeks was pretty ruff. So would I recommend people to buy them?, yes and no. As they do work well but for 4 weeks everyday it's hard to say. As I do not have any issues with swallowing big or any size pill but these were kinda ruff but hey if ypu can champ up I definitely recommend them but if not I'd definitely have to say go with a different one that offers it in a capsule or something not so dry    -
