Since I don’t use a microwave, I cooked it using just boiling water—and it turned out perfectly! It’s super easy, quick, and honestly ideal for hiking, fishing, and camping trips. The Chicken Mushroom Rice is full of flavour and it’s made by a family-run business from Manitoba, which makes it even better. I’m all about supporting the prairies, and this is definitely something I’ll be taking on all my outdoor adventures!
