Yes, this product did make a noticeable difference in how I felt during the day. I experience intermittent bloating and abdominal pressure, which has become more common with hormonal changes, and I found that the activated charcoal helped reduce that uncomfortable “full” or tight feeling. On days I took it, I felt lighter and more comfortable, especially in the afternoon and evening when bloating usually shows up for me.
It was very easy to make this part of my daily routine. The capsules are simple to take and didn’t require any complicated timing or preparation. I appreciated that it didn’t cause any noticeable side effects for me, which made me feel comfortable continuing to use it consistently.

The spackling is simple to apply and has a handy color-changing feature that goes from pink to white when it's dry, making it easy to know when it's ready for sanding. The kit comes with everything you need, including a patch and a putty knife, so you’re all set to get started right away.
Once dried and sanded, the repaired area blends seamlessly with the wall, and painting over it was an absolute breeze. My only reason for giving 4 stars instead of 5 is that the drying time felt a little longer than I anticipated, but it wasn’t a major issue. Overall, it’s a reliable and convenient kit that I’d recommend for tackling small wall repairs with ease!
