Tracking my health, resting heart rate & heart health has been a big help in my journey of becoming more active and healthy. I’m motivated and pushed to keep active. I also enjoy the sleep tracking.
Overall I'm very impressed :) i always recommend this version of fitbit.

Still not certain this is the best dry shampoo but because it is readily available - thanksgiving costco - I’m able to top up on days this tired mama doesn’t have time to wash the hair. Adds volume too
