I am so picky with mascara, so when I got picked by Chickadvisor to review the Gosh double precision mascara for free, I was excited but nervous at the same time. In the past all mascara made my eyes itch and burn. I have been using it now for 5 days. I don't particularly like the bristled brush because it pulls my lashes while applying it, and causes goop. The application is pretty easy though, I like the two different sizes of brushes and how the smaller brush is easy to manuver and get all of my bottom lashes. The wear is excellent! It doesn't irritate my eyes at all, and it can stand up through a sweaty gym workout without giving me the raccoon look. It also stayed on during a wonderful September snowstorm in Calgary. I am really impressed and love it, and will be purchasing it. -

This toothpaste is great. It leaves a long lasting clean taste in your mouth all day, and the foaming action when you first use it gets into deep crevices and leaves your mouth feeling and looking clean. It has started getting rid of the coffee stains on my teeth too. If you are serious about your oral hygiene, this toothpaste does the trick when used properly. I highly recommend it. -

I received a package of Poise Pad Moderate to try out from the Chickadvisor review club. I had both a good an bad experience with them. I found the absorbency to be perfect, there was no scent and they were pretty light weight. However, it didn't seem to block my odor, they did not stick well to my underwear and I got a "diaper rash" from wearing them. I personally could use a lighter pad, so these did not work for me. They did do what they were supposed to do though and were highly absorbent and kept me leak free. I didn't feel like I was wearing a pad, as they weren't bulky like a period pad is. I would probably purchase the poise brand again, just not the moderate pad, unless my needs change. -

I was lucky enough to get to try these out for free via the review club. I really like the idea of the Huggies Slip-on diaper, I have a son potty training, so I was comparing them to the trainers in my head, but really they aren't like that at all. My daughter is 1, she is the one who was wearing the Huggies Slip-ons as she is a petite size 3/4 in diapers. The Slip-ons are a really great idea, they are definitely easy to use, but my daughter was right on the cusp on size 3/4 and these were a tad too big for her. I am impressed that they did not leak, and they stayed on pretty well, except for when my baby kept trying to pull it down. The positives are, they fit well, even if they are too big, they have phenomenal leak protection and absorbency, they have tabs for the "just in case" moments and they are really easy to get on and off. The negatives, they are just as easy to pull down as they are to pull up, therefore leaving the possibility of accidents. The are a little big in the fit whereas they go up really high on the body, which is awkward for my tiny daughter, they are kind of a pain to get on and off while you are away from the house, having to take pants and shoes off, unless you use the tabs, but that defeats the purpose of the "slip on". I do recommend them though and will buy them when my daughter is a big bigger, they did the job of holding pees and poos and they never leaked, I feel they are easier to use at home then on the go though. -

I recently received the Dove beauty bar to review. I was so excited to try it, it smelled so good. I jumped in the shower and was greeted with the great scent of Dove, a nice frothy lather, and a great clean and smell. I was also able to wash my face with it, I had been apprehensive because I have very sensitive skin on my face. My face actually seemed to enjoy it. I have used it now for nearly 2 weeks, and I have no complaints. Love the smell, and the clean and fresh feeling it gives me. I would definitely recommend this product. -

I was so lucky to be chosen as one of the few to do a product review on the Oral B Pulsonic Power Toothbrush. I have been using it twice a day since I got it, and I love it! The set up was so easy and so thin, it barely takes up anyroom in my bathroom and it is so easy to use.
It definitely takes some getting used to, I had issues with my back teeth hurting while brushing, toothpaste leaking out of my mouth due to the vibrations and my gums bled for 2 days, but the instructions tell you this can happen and its harmless. I enjoy the clean feeling it gives me and it is so easy to use. Every 30 seconds it give you an indication to switch each quarter section of your mouth by pausing the vibrations for a second, then after 2 minutes are up it pauses twice in a row indicating that you have brushed long enough. It is definitely different then my manual toothbrush.
I will be buying my husband one of these, and have already recommended it to my family and friends, its has made my mouth feel so great and clean, I recommend this to anyone who likes a good toothbrush and a nice clean mouth.

I love love love this product! It has become my go-to house smelly. I originally recieved one free from a P & G sampler and I was a bit worried about it, as my husband tends to get hay fever from scented products. I tried it and I loved it. My husband was not effected by it and it filled our whole main floor with a wonderful scent. I have tried them all and my favorite is the Hawaiian Aloha. I recommend it for smaller living spaces and bathrooms. -

I absolutely love this Shampoo and conditioner. I have very long curl hair down to my tail bone and have tried everything you could imagine to tame it down, make it easy to brush, detangle, etc. This Shampoo and the conditioner dose it all. I love it and have always gone back to it. It detangles my hair and it makes it so soft and managable. The whole Totally Twisted line is worth every penny in my opinion. -

My biggest beef with the Clear Blue Pregnancy Test with conception indicator is that it is extremely inaccurate. every woman has different hormone levels in pregnancy and this test is not good for women who are activly trying their hardest to get pregnant. I used this test when I should have been 3 weeks pregnant (I believe I was 6/7 weeks at the time), it was just something to try and maybe make me feel better about my hormone levels going up, well, the test indicated that I was only 1-2 weeks. I ended up freaking right out, calling my doctor, ended up getting a blood test and an ultrasound and everything was right where it should be. I think these tests can cause a lot of misunderstanding in women activly trying to get pregnant. I would recommend it as a pregnancy test for the /- effect, but the conception indicator is for the ones who really don't care how far along they are or as a "fun" thing. I do NOT recommend it for those who have been trying to get pregnant for years, who know about hormone levels and have had a miscarriage in the past, it will just freak you out. -
