After having three children and losing a ton of weight I find that the elasticity is gone in my belly. This oil really helped. I use mostly every morning before work when I head time for it to set in. You have to let it set in or it's going to get on your clothing. But definitely something I will buy again. -

Wow it's going to be your first reaction when you bite into this Protein Plus bar. The taste of lemon is quite strong and although I did like it I do not think that I could eat the entire bar, I took one bite and I wrapped it up for later.
Surprisingly the lemon has more sugar than the peanut butter and chocolate at 3 grams of sugar and 5 grams of fiber it's still a great Buy. If the grocery store was out of the chocolate and peanut butter I may still attempt to buy this lemon and poppy seed.

Excited that it's gluten free and holds 5 grams of fiber!
If this was available in my area I would definitely buy it for my excursions and put it in my backpack.

The taste is great, I'm not a big lover of the tropical fruit flavor however I did like this and I may buy it again. I really like the texture of the fruit.
