When it comes down to it, whats better than a product that has been around forever?? There are so many uses for it, but my two favourite are one: (obviously) as a protection on a baby's tushie and two: a chapstick alternative--it works extremely quickly in soothing and moisturizing cracked and dry lips. The only downside to vaseline I can think of is if it gets on clothing, it does NOT come off, and will leave a huge oily stain if washed. -

So I recently purchased this chapstick for both my daughter and I since the Winter months are now upon us and that means bleeding and cracked dry lips! Ugh--so painful!! Last night was the first time we both applied it, which does tingle quite a bit. But to me that equals its WORKING! This morning, we woke up with beautiful soft lips. You couldnt even tell we suffered for so long!! I WILL DEFINITELY CONTINUE TO USE AND RECOMMEND THIS--ITS THE BEST OUT THERE!!! :) -

My admiration of cereal is few and far between...I usually stick to a bagel or muffin for breakfast. However, since I was a small girl, Ive always been obsessed with Life cereal. I do not know what it is about it, it looks pretty simple and bland, but mixed with a spoon of sugar and milk = DELICIOUS!!! I hate sweet cereals like Cocoa Puffs, etc. and this is the complete opposite of that type ANNNND its a bonus it is unbelievably healthy for you!! -

I actually used to use just the normal Always Regular pads, until I got a free sample of an Infinity one from beingagirl.ca. I didnt think it looked like anything special and looked a lot thinner than the normal kind. However, I was proved quite wrong! The coverage is even better and it seems a bit more comfortable as well! I guess you could say I was pleasantly surprised!! I have continued to use the Infinity ever since. Its true what they say, good things comes in small packages! hehe ;) -

I won a Style-it-Pack through Win-Fall Wednesday's on Alberto European's facebook page. It included a coupon for ANY free product as well as 3 or 4 other coupons for products. I used the free one to purchase the NEW Give me Texture product--a tousled style spray. You can use it to tease your locks or enhance your waves if you have curlier hair. I personally have naturally wavy hair and this DID in fact help them look a lot better. I sprayed a bit on after towel drying my hair coming out of the shower, then scrunched and twisted parts of my hair. Unlike other hairsprays, this doesnt leave my hair feeling all weird and sticky. I LIKE IT and whats better is it comes in a cute pink bottle!! hehe :) -

My daughter had very curly and tangly hair as a baby, and my son has what is like nappy hair on the back of his head. With both kids, it was awful trying to brush through their hair without tears and horrible screams the entire time so I searched around for a detangler spray in hopes that it would make the process so much easier! I bought the Johnson's Detangler Spray and what a difference!! My little girls hair was so smooth and flawless to brush through and with my son, once I combed his, it no longer was nappy or fuzzy!! (thats obviously until he went to bed and laid on it all night lol). So all in all, this product DOES work and make a difference if you have suffered with your kids hair like me!! The only thing I dont really care for is the smell...its not a pretty smell, its a bit strange :S -

I always look forward to getting this chocolate over the Holiday season (my fam knows me so well so they get me one every time! hehe) Not only do I love the combination of chocolate with orange, but it is SO addicting and fun when you take it out of the box and get to smack it against a table so it will break into orange slices! I always eat the entire orange in about 10 mins flat. It melts in your mouth! mmmmm

You spray it on tough areas in the kitchen (or i even spray it on sticky areas on the floor) and leave for a couple minutes, wipe and voila! everything is GONE! I find a lot of cleaners do a half ass job or dont even touch the stains, but this Vim is great. I find myself walking around with the bottle of spray everyday scoping out all areas and floors for stains to zap! ahahha im such a nerd. -

I am totally obsessed with Colbie Caillat and her music. I find her to be such a humble woman who is nothing but genuine and natural in everything she does. My favourite CD of hers is 'Breakthrough'. There are some popular songs that are hits on the radio that many will probably recognize, but there are also quite a few on the cd that are new and beautiful songs! I gotta say I love pretty much every one of them! Its a disc that I really love listening to while driving in the car because its the type of music that calms and relaxes you if you get what i mean :) What a beautiful and amazing lady!! -

I'm VERY picky when it comes to dining out at restaurants. Recently, we decided on Canyon Creek as our choice for our date night. I cannot say enough about how great EVERYTHING was about the location in Toronto. Amazing food, beautiful/cozy atmosphere and outstanding service!! Our waiter went above and beyond for us and even sat down for a few minutes to chat with us!! Too bad I can't remember his name :( The price was a bit high, but that is obviously to be expected at a Steak House. I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone wanting a great, relaxing night out!! -
