SCHWARZKOPF ROOT RETOUCHER in darke blonde saved the day! Read the instructions and don't spray too close to your scalp (feels very cold, uncomfortable if applied too close). I left it for a few seconds and then gently brushed and styled my hair. If you look at my pictures you will see a definite improvement. The roots are less noticeable. I gave this product 4 stars because application and coverage was excellent. Only took a few minutes to use. Only con was it diminished shine and my hair looked dull. I don't think there is a way around that, except trying an updo, or messier tossled hair style. PREMIER PROTEIN CHOCOLATE SHAKE provided a delicious and healthy breakfast for me when I was running out the door and in a real hurry! I like the chocolate flavour, but personally preferred the Vanilla because it was easier to mix with fruits for a smoothie. Never the less the Chocolate has the same great health components - lots of protein, little sugar and silky smooth texture. This shake is an excellent product, I would recommend it for busy people that need extra protein in their diet. I did try a few recipes at premierprotein.ca/recipes/ our family favourite recipe was MUSCLE MONKEY SHAKE and Chocolate Pudding (very easy to do). #Gotitfree -

PREMIER PROTEIN VANILLA SHAKE was delicious and quick for a great way to start my busy day. I felt good knowing it contained 30 grams of Protein, and only 160 calories and just 1 gram of sugar - but the taste is most important for me, and this was excellent. It's a real bonus to know they are fortified with 24 vitamins and minerals, I actually skipped my multi-vitamin and didn't feel guilty. Most shakes leave an after taste I don't like, or have a gummy, slimy texture - Premier shakes were silky smooth. I tried both flavours of chocolate and vanilla - I liked the Vanilla flavour the best. It went very well with strawberries for a fast smoothie! The container was a nice sturdy 'leak proof' design that fit into my small size lunch kit. It has an easy to open lid, which, for my arthritic hands, is an important feature. #Gotitfree -

PaperChef Culinary Parchment Paper is a handy non-stick liner for all your baking, cookies breads and more! I bought the 15-Inch by 98.4 foot roll and it has lasted a very long time! I still have lots left. It's also a Kosher paper, if you are interested. I also have used the baking cups in this brand they are awesome. I do sometimes spray with oil, but really it is amazing for non-stick and makes clean up a snap. I do recommend this product. -
