As far as all-natural peanut butter goes, it is very healthy with no additives or preservative, sugars or salt. However, it is not the best tasting. I prefer Adams Peanut Butter over this brand but for the price for Natural Peanut Butter this is the best as you can buy 2-1 kg cars for $11.99 at Costco. I know other people who enjoy the taste of this peanut butter but my personal preference is Adams. -

It's a great omega 3 and is a great anti-inflammatory! My sister spreads it on toast and also puts it in her smoothie! Coconut oil is all expensive but if you are only using it on your face then it is worth the price since you only need a little bit. -

Adam's Peanut Butter is the best all-natural peanut butter out there. I am a huge peanut butter lover and have tried many different brands, some all-natural and some not all-natural. This has no added sugar or salt and is strictly just peanuts. The price is pretty good too. It is more expensive than a big jar of Kraft but it doesnt have all the preservatives and added chemicals, sugars and salts that Kraft does so I figure the price reflects it. You can buy a big jar for around $8.99 or a small jar between $3.79-$4.99. -

I used to purchase the expensive salon brand hairsprays but nothing would hold my hair. So I decided to stop wasting my money and when I tried Tres Two Extra Hold hairspray I actually got results. I usually only buy it when its on sale, sometimes you can get it for $3.79/can! Other times depending on where you shop it costs upwards as $7.99. That's still way cheaper than the hair salon brands! I highly recommend this and all other Treseme products! -

Now that I am growing my hair out, I like to keep it fresh daily but don't want to dry it out by washing it daily. This does the trick. You just spray it on your roots, massage it in, brush your hair to get any remnants out and voila, your hair is fresh and even more voluminous! -

I started using Almond milk when I switched to a plant-based diet and took out meat, dairy and eggs. It so versatile you can use it in smoothies, to make homemade ice cream, in baking recipes and drink it on its own. We buy the unsweetened vanilla. It's a little costly for what it is but the price isnt that bad and is average. I would definitely recommend it, especially to kids who don't like or cannot drink milk! -
