I purchased a Groupon for this place against my better judgement. The deal was a $20 cut plus an additional $6 charge for longer hair (plus an additional $5 in taxes & fees). The cut & highlight package had an additional $10 charge for longer hair...   +

I purchased a Groupon for this place against my better judgement. The deal was a $20 cut plus an additional $6 charge for longer hair (plus an additional $5 in taxes & fees). The cut & highlight package had an additional $10 charge for longer hair. I wound up being charged $10 instead of $6 & had to go back because the guy who did my hair thinned out the left side more than the right. Despite his attempt to fix it, it still looks uneven, but I don't want him touching my hair anymore. This is the first time I've encountered this type of 'service'. I intend to complain to the owner & I'd warn anyone about having this guy do your hair.    -
